Why is it that all the warm places have the highest rent?! Then again, I guess the summers in North Dakota aren’t so bad..

I would be interested in seeing a list of the most expensive cities in the US. For example, I was looking for places in Oak Park, and I’m pretty sure the rents there are WAY above the Illinois average.
